I use this website myself to reconnoiter for homes, condos, vacant land and even foreclosure properties listed for sale in the NC High Country! Easy-to-use and updated frequently with the local Realtor’s database. I find it quicker and more up-to-date than even zillow, trulia, or realtor.com.
Save searches, and get daily email alerts of new listings, price changes, sold data, and market reports. Use the Interactive Map Search to view properties on a map or refine your search by drawing the boundaries around the area you desire.
Use the Advanced Search feature. Very nice.
Create your own custom market report -- this is very helpful toward understanding what the property you're interested in might be purchased for.
